Who we are

Clouds Nest Solutions Ltd provides software for direct sales, fundraising and campaign management. This notice explains our use of information about website visitors, enquiries and business contacts. For campaign records processed on a customer’s instructions, the relevant charity, agency or other customer normally determines the purpose of processing and provides its own privacy notice.

Information and purposes

Website enquiries may include your name, email, company, telephone number, subject and message. We use these to answer questions, arrange demonstrations and discuss services. Business records may include account contacts, agreements, support correspondence and billing information. Website and service providers may process technical information to operate and protect their systems.

Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on steps before or performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, providing support and protecting our business. Where consent is required, it must be a genuine choice and can be withdrawn. Customers are responsible for identifying the lawful basis for their campaign data.

Sharing and retention

Access must be limited to authorised team members and providers who need it for the relevant service, including hosting, communications, support and payment services where used. Clouds Nest is compatible with Stripe and Worldpay; each provider’s terms and privacy information apply to its processing. Information should be retained only for the period needed for its purpose, legal requirements and resolving disputes. Platform retention and return or deletion are governed by customer instructions and the applicable agreement.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact us using the details below. We will handle requests about our own records and assist the relevant customer where we act as processor. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Questions or concerns

For a policy question or concern, use our contact form. For privacy rights requests or confidential reports, you may also email contact@cloudsnest.co.uk. Please do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
