Modern Slavery Statement
Our commitment against exploitation in our business and supply relationships.
Commitment and status
Clouds Nest Solutions Ltd opposes slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation. This voluntary statement sets expectations for ethical conduct across our operations and supply relationships.
Software business and risk
Relevant relationships include software development, support, recruitment, cloud services and equipment purchasing. Outsourced services and overseas supply chains can involve risks even where the final product is digital. Checks should be proportionate to the supplier, location and work involved.
Expectations
- No forced, trafficked or unlawfully employed child labour.
- Clear, lawful working arrangements and respect for workers’ freedom.
- Proportionate checks of contractors and labour providers before engagement.
- Prompt consideration of credible concerns, with escalation or ending a relationship where appropriate.
Reporting and review
Workers, suppliers and customers may report concerns through Clouds Nest management. Reports should be considered sensitively and referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate. Management is responsible for reviewing supply-chain risks and whether any statutory reporting obligation applies as the business develops.
